About Reid, The Artistic Lensman
It all started when I was 12, captivated by the idea of capturing moments through a lens.
Experimenting with different picture framing compositions I progressed through practice, learning from my mistakes. In time, I grasped how to see with a creative eye, finding my artful vision.
And now, I see my camera as a portal . A tool to bring the calm landscapes I visit to viewers of my fine art for mental relaxation.
I also enjoy helping those interested learn photography at my school: Camera Learn Lab.
My Tool kit
Mirror less Fujifilm camera, great for landscapes and complex lighting scenarios.
Glass prism, adds abstract texture to images. My go to for years:
Fractel Prisms

Lee Filters
A necessary component for all of the art I make, my tripod. My favorite and most durable brand.
